After creating and managing several businesses in Switzerland and abroad, I founded NS Consulting to share the management, productivity, and communication tools I developed throughout my professional journey. I have a passion for analyzing new projects and challenges, and for providing concrete solutions that enable progress and bring ambitious ideas to life. One essential skill, too often overlooked, is our ability to lead — our teams, our projects, and our own lives. This is why leadership mastery has become the very core of my work.
For 20 years, I was often “the only woman in the room” in leadership positions. Having spent most of my professional life without a hierarchy above me, I was less directly impacted than others by gender stereotypes at work. Yet, they remain pervasive at every level. Each time my credibility or authority was challenged simply because of my gender, it was a shock — and these experiences pushed me to create dedicated workshops for women leaders, alongside more general programs. We are proud to announce that these workshops will launch at the end of September 2025.

A comprehensive and participatory course on mastering leadership and on the specific challenges faced by women in leadership positions.
A course structured into 10 sessions of 120 minutes each, including a theoretical segment, a discussion, and a synthesis on each topic. The 10 sessions cover the essential aspects of leadership as such, as well as its specific dimensions when exercised by women who do need additional tools to overcome the gender stereotypes they face.
